Cavexa provides AI-driven content scraping, editing, and distribution tools (the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws.

2. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. **Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record** for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content processed through Cavexa. You must ensure you have the necessary rights to use and distribute any content scraped or edited using our platform.

4. Prohibited Acts

You may not use Cavexa to distribute illegal content, spawn malicious activity, or violate the terms of service of third-party platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.).

5. Limitation of Liability

Cavexa shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to account restrictions on third-party platforms.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
