Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. **Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.** Paddle handles all customer service inquiries and returns related to payments.

2. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a **7-day refund window** for first-time subscribers. To be eligible for a refund, your account must have processed **fewer than 3 video flows**. This policy accounts for the immediate compute costs incurred by our AI servers.

3. Technical Failure

If a technical defect on our platform prevents you from using your paid credits, and our team cannot resolve it within **48 hours**, we will issue a pro-rated refund or service credit at your request.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing dashboard. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
